Saint Vincent de Paul has help for almost anyone, you'll need to stop to see if they have the help you need.
Woman's shelter
As far as I know the shelter is available for women and families. If there were any barriers regarding prior criminal history it would like be related to the nature of the crime committed (I believe violent and/or sexual crimes disqualify them). If you call them they may know of additional resources available. The Medford Gospel Mission may be aware of resources as well.
