Do you take patients who are under 12y old? For a yearly checkups?

I'm pretty sure they take all ages, and while they do emergency care, they're also my primary so I think so.

Dependent on the provider working, we can complete physicals for pediatric patients. Some insurances, such as CCAH, require the patient be assigned to us as primary care. Please call the clinic if you have questions about which provider is scheduled or insurance requirements for the annual physical.
