This is a Google thing. However, for your visa question, you can't do it by mail as they scan your fingerprints and take your picture. You need to call them and make an appointment. Plan to apply at least 1 month in advance of your trip, although if all goes well you should have your visa in a couple of weeks. Good luck with the process and have fun in Greece. It is amazing!
