We brought our puppy in to emergency services and we were very impressed with the level of care he received. We have had some poor experiences at other emergency clinics in the Bay Area, but not here. Front desk staff, technicians and vets were super knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. Our pup received comprehensive care and tests and we left feeling very relieved. Thank you Dr. Emily Wong and your entire team!

Winnie Ybarra DVM (Internal Medicine specialist) is God's gift to pet parents!! For the last 10+ years she's the one I compare all other vets to (and I'm often disappointed). So happy to hear she's coming back to work in San Francisco. Her bedside manor is comforting (and never condescending). She's brilliant and intuitive. Dr. Ybarra is the ONLY IM vet for me (and my 130 Neapolitan Mastiff DINAH SOARES). She has taken care of both of my NEOs over the last 10± years. We saw a lot of each other because my first NEO had Cushing's Disease. She educated me and gave me all the options so I could make the most informed decisions possible every step of the way. I will never forget her kindness. She's brilliant, kind & caring and makes it easy for me to be involved in the care of my beloved animals, she treated me like part of the team. She always makes sure I don't leave with unanswered questions (pretty rare in corporate medicine these days). Her discharge notes are the best in the business! (Something I know she sacrificed her own time to work on outside normal hours). She lays out all the possible diagnostics & treatments, and if/where it's possible to shave costs if needed. If she doesn't know the answer she's not afraid to admit it. I'm guessing if you're still reading this review you can tell I'm the leader of her fan club 😉 and I recommend her to all my friends in need of her advanced skills. Oh yah, and I know from talking with staff that she's worked with at 2 hospitals that they love her too ... I think that says a lot.💜 I feel very lucky to have her working back into the area. She's a gifted healer of pets (and the humans who love them). Bravo! Great hire!!😍
