I would give zero stars if I could. I was approved to stay at Remington Place, one of Ross Companies' properties. However, the incompetent and ignorant leasing staff pushed my move-in date back to an undetermined date without communication to me. I had to find out my move-in date was pushed back by going up to the office, the only communication they seemed to ever respond to. This did not work for me! Unfortunately, I already gave them $600 to "hold" the unit (illegal, btw) and to pay a move-in fee. When asked to get a refund on 8/4, I was told that I would receive a check within two weeks. Today is 9/1.... I have not received a DIME from them. I also called Ross Companies on 8/26 and spoke with Todd, who assured me that I would receive a refund by today. WHERE IS MY MONEY???? I called three times today and could not get through to ANYONE in the Accounts Receivable department. Also, when speaking with Karen (very rude and sarcastic), I was informed that Todd would not be back until after the holiday. She refused to give me the information to HIS manager and just snickered and said she's "in a conference." It's utterly unfortunate that I am trying to avoid litigation but now may have to. This is my last ditch effort at a resolution before you all will see me in court.

Management is horrible company they advertised amenities at property that aren’t available to residents. When you complain about the amenities that you are paying for you get no response. They just don’t care seriously considering moving.

Called to get more information/help with a problem with a property where the manager is hardly ever available and was directed right back to the property. This business is not at all customer oriented.

I have called and placed a request to get my ac unit fixed about 7 times. Every time someone comes out and says they fixed it. I am beyond angry at this point. Next steps will be lawyers if no one calls me from management.

Tenant at one of your properties and my husband and I are not feeling to safe any more and have been tenants for 4 years are we able to transfer to another property if we sign a lease for this year. all my old neighbors are gone.
