I'm moving to Brazil at the end of this year after almost 4 years living in the USA and I need a permit to be able to take my belongings and would like to know that you can be taken with that permit?

The posted link has all the necessary information. Don't forget to bring proof of residency, they have 12 utility bills to prove you have lived in the USA for at least 1 year. It has to be 12 consecutive accounts, it cannot be 1 from last month and 1 from 1 year ago, it must be 12.
