I only see the option to reserve a body treatment or massage. I am only interested in the cold water and sauna. Is that a rate to use those facilities?

I believe without a treatment you have to call to reserve a general admission time, for $35

There is a general admission pass for $35. See their menu under treatments. It should be the first price you see.
