10 out of 10. I booked the seaweed treatment and saw Ms. Lee. I don't know how but she instantly made me feel comfortable (even though I was getting naked in front of a stranger). The service included a full body scrub, gooey seaweed stuff while being wrapped in this like... Shiny wrap thing? A mini facial and a hair wash. They wash your body in-between each step. Outside of the service, I loved the clay ball sauna and salt room upstairs. There's a hot and cold tub downstairs as well. Loved getting ready and styling my hair before heading out! They have all the supplies.

Pearl is one of the best spas I've ever visited. I used to be in management at a world renowned spa and am very selective. I received the scrub, lymphatic massage, facial, and hair wash treatments. Normally, I get cold during treatments but I was not remotely uncomfortable for one second. The thoroughness and consideration for how I was feeling was outstanding. My therapist placed multiple hot towels under my back, behind my neck and covering my body very often. I felt very taken care of. The scrub was hands down the best exfoliating treatment I've ever had! And when we (my daughter and I) arrived, the host gave us instructions and found us in the water areas and clay/salt areas and gave us what rooms to experience in what order and reminded us to steam prior to the treatment. She was incredibly helpful and truly wanted to make sure we had the best experience we could. Five stars!! I highly recommend Pearl Spa.

I love this place! What an amazing experience. I will be back here again, when I'm in the city. I highly recommend if you're a woman and want to be pampered for a couple of hours to come here. Very clean, comfortable, high end products used on skin and hair. Also have Dyson brand hair dryers to use. You won't be disappointed.

First Time Tips -You will be in the nude and everyone is in the nude. -Keep your surroundings in mind and read the signs. Was not aware that the massage will be right next door to the shower, sauna and hot tub area. -Explore the other rooms. Go upstairs and enjoy the clay and salt room. Make sure to wear the shorts provided before entering. Overall wonderful experience. I had Ester, providing me a wonderful first time experience. I felt very comfortable during the whole process and she communicated every step of the Pure Bliss package I purchased for the day. My girlfriends and I had such a blast and we're planning to make this an annual must do when we're in the city. Also, very convenient to stay right across the hotel for a nice snooze after.

All the rooms are back open but only for those with booked services (if you book a massage) not yet open for general public that just want to use the sauna, steam, clay room. For covid protocols, all staff wore a mask and customers must be fully vaccinated but you do not need to wear a mask.

Yes, women only
They have discontinued the general admission
You can make an appointment online
Usually no time limit but orange tier they want you there about 20 min before and not encouraged to reuse the facilities that are open. They sanitize between client's appointments.
I think this spa is women only.
I believe without a treatment you have to call to reserve a general admission time, for $35
Post to yes
Street of Japan Town garage
