With or without a receipt, exchanges are usually possible, with receipt get money back, without receipt get store credit. Best buy staff doesn't monitor or respond here, and don't bother calling, they aren't good about answering phones.
Call or go into Best Buy directly, this is a public forum.
Did you buy the warranty? If so yes. If not no. Theyll just sell you a new printer. If its under a year, you have to talk yo Canon.
