It's a Best Buy... If you've been to one, you know what to expect. The employees were very nice and even checked to make sure that what I was buying would work with what I was buying it for. Super friendly dudes! My only complaint, and it's a very minor one, is that it took a while to find someone to help me and no one approached me to see if I needed help. Super minor, I know. Regardless, I'll definitely be coming back here when Im back in the area and need some tech.

I was shopping with friends there. And one staff in the PC area came to greet us and ask us some uncomfortable questions, like "where are you from?", "Which country are you from?", "I cannot differentiate Chinese and Korean because they look similar."... What's the point of asking your customers these questions? I understand he was trying to be friendly, but the questions he asked made us uncomfortable. I didn't want to put that staff in trouble. But this staff seems to have unconscious bias. Best Buy please improve your staff training system. As a customer, I do not want to be offended while shopping.

I will never shop here again. Definitely the worst customer experience ever. No communication. Waited 3 weeks to have them come out only to get a call and they were at the wrong address. I updated it with them when we made the purchase. No way to call the store itself. I could go on and on. Wasted Hours and Hours only to finally have to finally get a trailer and return our washer and dryer ourselves. It still bugs me and it was 3 weeks ago. Box stores are the worst. Buy from a small business. Pay a bit extra. I won't be back. Ps. I was never rude to them even after all we went through. Sad that companies like this put small businesses out of business!

That really depends on your car and the type of inputs you have in your car. If your car has Bluetooth or USB, you might be better off playing music from your phone. But ultimately it depends on the inputs on your car.

Best Buy has a 14 DAY POLICY on ALL ELECTRONICS they sell. That means that on the 15th day, if your photo frame goes out they will NOT return exchange or refund your money. Even if you have the reciept. They do not inform you of this. Good luck on your hunt and Merry Christmas

Not knowing what price you paid previously, makes it difficult to answer your question but not impossible. If you just purchased your current machine then I would have to say it might be difficult to get a better price on a new one. However, if it's been a few years since your last purchase, im sure they offer a machine of the same specifications or better for what you paid for the last machine or even less.
