Recently moved to CA. They were amazingly helpful and got me squared away with transferring my AAA membership, car insurance, and home insurance.

AAA is bit of a joke! I have a typical van I use for work... because it is lettered with my name/ logo, they consider it a commercial vehicle. Not sure how that applies when in need of a tow. Anything to get out of doing your job!!!

Super helpful and great customer service. I had to arrange for my mother to have some documents notarized and I couldn't be happier. I called this office (I'm out of town) to schedule a notary. Angelina called me right back and scheduled my mother for the next day. I email the documents to Angelina who printed them and had them available for my mother to sign. I know AAA always goes above and beyond, but this was really extra special customer service. Thanks so much and thank you Angelina! I really appreciate the help.

Not ADA compliant/ accessible, despite the setup. Handicapped-accessible parking was mostly unoccupied, but blocked off by the incredibly long line for the Starbucks drive-thru; when I needed help with a form and said it directly tied into my limitations, I was refused any sort of reasonable accommodation. Then the lady demanded I not only pop the hood for her -- which I was not even told would be necessary beforehand -- I was also required to LIFT and HOLD it up myself somehow magically, despite multiple injuries, though she was clearly more capable than I at that moment. On top of that, their whole system was down, but instead of calling me to let me know they needed to reschedule my appointment, they let me just show up and find out when I got there, telling me they were going to have to have me 'come back tomorrow' (& totally just assuming I have nothing else scheduled for the next day) to finish the appointment anyway -- but they could do half of it now. Absolutely disgusted.

call your local AAA ,I know they give DMV information on registered items.
An appointment is not required, however, it is recommended!
Yes, we do! While an appointment is not required, it is recommended.
No. Driver's licenses and California IDs are only available at the DMV
Your son must register his truck I'm pretty sure. And he can most likely do it at AAA but only if he is a member.
Im not sure. Pull up their app and it should tell you.
You need to go to the DMV for that!
Urs quick and easy second in line out in 10 minutes with hot chocolate in hand great beverage bar
Yes.
Yes
A lot of vehicle registration services. No driver's license or ID card services
You can call them are Google and it will give you their hours and dates
I don't think it's that they can issue you a new driver's license but go ahead and call AAA on Farmers Lane in Santa Rosa and they will give you the answer but if you need to go to a DMV try the Petaluma DMV they seem to be quicker and less of a hassle good luck
I agree I think in the state of California you have to go down to the Department of Motor Vehicles to renew or change your driver's license. AAA is great for registering your car, and getting your stickers, if you need a disabled placard as long as you have a doctor's note you can get that there but as to renewing your driver's license I personally has not tried that yet
Yes you can
