The last time I was there the meet and greet took place after the show but inside the club. They let you in only after the meet and greet was done. You could check with guy out gal at the door checking tickets or even reserve a table ahead of time since you have a big enough group. That might make logistics of different arrival times a bit easier.
Call for meet & greet time's, and as for as your party showing up at different times as they show up they'll just join your party where they are seated.
If you have 7:30 tickets be there at least 45 to 30 minutes early if you don't have vip tickets get ready to stand in line for a while until vip ticket holders get in.. Also about the 10 persons ticket just talk to the ticket scanner at the door and tell them your situation they'll work with you pretty nice people small club though hope you enjoy
They scan your ticket for how many people are on the ticket. So the person with the ticket will need to be first, then just call them when you arrive to scan the rest of the ticket.
