Bad customer service. Frequented this place for months spending $80 every other day and the first time I have an issue with one of their products falling apart and working inconsistently , I’m told there’s nothing they can do. I manage a business and can’t imagine losing a good, regular customer over $40. Response to your response: it was falling apart and working inconsistently. You’re fine with taking peoples money but when your product falls apart on people you take no responsibility. Lucky for me vape shops are a dime a dozen and now I can rest easy knowing I’m not giving my money to someone who steals his employees tips.
