Why have the most unpleasant people be your frontline? It would be nice to come in and the first person you see looks up at you smiles and says welcome how many are in your party?

Yes please lets all made this happen every place we go most people don't care bout their jobs or you it would be better if they had computer screens to greet us and avitars on that screen at least they don't have an opinion of people. And would always be courteous and smile if you agree let me know thanks

I agree that if their front end people act as though they are doing you a favor by greeting and seating you, then they have the roles reversed. Fortunately, I have not encountered that at this restaurant, and I hope not to. If I were presented with a glaringly bad attitude on the front end, I would ask to speak to the manager immediately.
