I had a reservation that the manager said that he could not honor. He canceled my reservation and then charged me almost 3x's the amount of my original reservation. The water was cold for the entire 3 day stay for showers. The counters and sinks were so low it hurt my back to stand at them to brush my teeth in the morning and try to shave. There was one good thing and that's the pool was open at all times of the night as long as you're quite. I would like to stay again as the beds were the most comfortable that I have slept in as far as motels go.

I stayed at the Quality Inn in Gallatin TN and WOW what a friendly, courteous and clean hotel to stay at. In addition, the new pool was clean and just the right temperature. My father and I stayed in a 2 queen bed room and the pillows were awesome and both of us slept thru the night without any loud sounds and the air conditioning was perfect at 67 degree setting on a 99 degree day! Lastly, we went down to breakfast from 6-9am and EGGS, REAL BACON and SAUSAGE with gravy and biscuits and fruit along with bagels which were FRESH!!! All of this for under $100 a day during the week in the SUMMER!!!!! WHAT A VALUE! I will be back again! Thanks Doug F

I gave this a 3 star just because of the beds, they are semi-hard and I like soft. Another reason is it seems that several people live there and late night I kept hearing people talk like they was hanging out. I felt safe and wasn't concern as these people seem to be there doing out of town construction work. Overall for the price that was lower than most of the others in the area I was pleased.

I was greeted by 2 experienced and knowledgeable hosts who quickly checked me in and helped me settle in for my stay. The room was clean and had everything necessary for my night. The location had everything I needed for a long-term or short-term stay.
