I went in for a ready made pizza and ordered instead a large Supreme. The wait was only 20 minutes and saved time over a frozen pizza at the market. This LCP earns a 5 on readiness and quality and professionalism.

Everytime I get pizza here it looks like a toddler cut the pizza's. Today was far the worst my crazy bread was flat and hard. My pizza was crazyily cut with super large slices to some small that none looked like a slice of pizza. I got this for my 3 kids after swimming. I was able to some what fix the pizza so my kids could actually hold it and eat but my crazy bread was just thrown away. I tried calling the store 4 times to get no answer! I also waited 10 mins to get food that looked horrible. What happened to them showing you your pizza before you leave with it? Not at this location. They want you to drive all the way home and open your food and be disappointed. I will be going to papa johns from now on. Such a waste going there to get a quick pizza turned into 10 mins waiting and horrible food. Please do better people. If you dont like your job find something you will enjoy and give good service because this is plain ridiculous how the pizzas are cut everytime i go there.

We ordered two pizzas, One deep dish and one regular sausage pizza. The only thing I’ve ever liked has been the deep dish. They’ve always been consistently pretty good with some variation. The one I got from this location has taken the prize for the worst deep dish I’ve ever had. The crust was barely crisped on the edges and looked thrown together. They literally closed the box on the pizza. The dough on the regular sausage pizza was also underdone. Severely disappointed in what we got from this particular location. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Crazy Bread was ghosty and soggy. Not sure what the extra wait was for but 10 minutes after pickup time the pizza was nearly cold when it was handed to me. Pizza itself wasn't very good, but besides being lukewarm I don't fault this store for that. I will call out the fact that they disabled online ordering, assumingly due to volume.. they weren't very busy. This disabled contactless pickup, and made it impossible to use the combo deals advertised. Over the phone they refused to honor the advertised prices. When I arrived there seemed to be one person busting tail, and a store full of staff not moving very fast. No one wearing masks, including people handling food.
