I went there today on 06/26/22 on a sunday. And there was a sign that showed closed mondays. But open Tuesday through sundays 11am to 8pm. But the doors were locked!!!! And when i called the phone was either off the hook or just busy????

Ordered pizza online for my family and guests. Arrived to pick up the order to find a hand written note on the door wit the message “Sorry, closed at 6 due to lack of staff”… my credit card was charged for the order! The phone is NEVER answered when I order therefore I had to use the online system. Is there even a manager at this place???

Great pizza. Quick service. The one thing they do need to do is sweep the floor behind the counter. The way the front door is the back of the counter is the first thing you see. It gives the impression the store is unkept. The front side, where customers wait was fine.

My daughter came in today and ordered a NY cheese pizza, cowboy pizza, and five meat stuffed pizza. The cowboy pizza was supposed to have extra cheese she paid for extra cheese and there was no extra cheese 😒 the stuffed pizza looked sloppy and threw together. The crust on the cowboy pizza was stretched out so much there was holes in the bottom. I don't know if they were new or just not paying attention but this was a very unsatisfactory visit this time. I expected better than this. Papa Murphy's was a name I trusted in my pizza and I'm seriously disappointed, I've been a loyal customer for years but this is not the first time I've been disappointed at this store. That said that's why I'm leaving this review. Step it up..
