Since I can’t leave another 5 star I’ll just edit my current one! I love living here and I hope to stay for a second year! Jessie (maintenance supervisor) is an amazing worker who really takes care of the residence well and explains how to solve maintain issues. Where would we be without him?! Anyway, thank you ROG, you’ve helped me and my husband so much as we move into the next chapter of our lives. Update: The reapplication process was a doozy due to some issues, but we stuck with it and it was amazing to see the staff support of our household throughout the bumpy process! I’m happy to say we are very pleased with all staff at ROG. Amber was a dream to work with and always follows through on her word, very thorough and helpful! Heather is a sweetheart and always willing to encourage and be there for anyone! Jessie is, as always, the greatest help to the residence people with his teaching skills and smile. Scottie is very kind as well. I can’t wait to spend another year here! My husband and I are 100% recommending the ROG to any who are looking to start in a safe, welcoming environment. Thank you for all you have done for us! Your residence has changed our lives and future to be bright and full of hope!

The environment had an overall pleasant feel. We had the pleasure of working with Heather who was super sweet and very informative about the application process and their policies. Although I am not a resident, I would definitely give them five stars for professionalism and exceptional customer service.

I've lived at the apartments for about a year and have had a wonderful experience with the staff. Maintenance is absolutely amazing, I've had nothing but help at any time I've needed it. The main man working maintenance has been the best I've experienced at any complex. I've lived in, from childhood to adulthood this complex has the BEST maintenance man I've had the pleasure of meeting. He is always friendly, super personable, and gets his job done quickly and effectively. We see him around at least 5 times daily just checking on people and on the property itself. I cannot recall his name, we became fast friends and its too much time has passed for me to ask. But he has long white hair and a white handle-bar looking mustache. My children and I love him to pieces.

This is my fourth year living here and I have to say it's been great. The staff are awesome. The office staff are always friendly and very helpful. I would especially like to comment on Jessy, Gregory, awho works in the maintenance department. I feel he goes above and beyond his responsibilities. Anytime I see him, he will stop and say hi, and ask how things are going and if I'm having any problems with my apartment. This is a great and safe place to live. You will be surprised to see the size of the rooms as well as all the storage areas.
