Lived here for 6 yrs now , went through a 2 year maintenance lull, then all of the sudden it's back to normal! The roads inside apartment complex are degraded and need repaved!! Rent seems to always go up 30 a year which is unpleasant and I am considering moving due to increase especially if they hit us with a increase after all the hardship covid -19 has caused. Oh yea the floors , not good at keeping the sounds of walking down. The ceiling creeks and pops anytime the renter above just gets up and walks across their apartment, very umpleasant. As with all buildings the older they are the more they start to show signs of wear, so all in all my family and I have endured a pleasant living exp other than the above named complaints Our apartment breezeway are dirty and need pressure washing,the exterior cosmetic appeal of our apartments is in need of upkeep

I have my own thoughts about the apartments themselves , but my 5 star is going to the current manager that is there by the name of Michelle Carter . This lady BY FAR showed me the upmost respect , sense of concern , and genuine compassion that I needed during a crisis situation . She went above and beyond her call of duty to make sure I was heard and got me answers to solve my problems I had . Some people in higher positions go to work for the “check” , but I was on the phone with her for every bit of 20 minutes and she was engaged , actively listening , and gave me her time when I’m sure her schedule is busy . I thank her for what she did for me during my time at Wellington … give this lady a raise , she deserves it!
