Terrible communication. Unfeeling, uncaring. Don't live here, your just a number to these people. They care more about sending you an email to celebrate the design of a new logo than they do sending one to let you know they will be doing construction, or that you need to move your cars. Zero security. People will stroll through and steal things off your porch in broad daylight. Not worth $1200 a month at all. Only person that's actually polite is the maintenance man. No establishment has ever made me feel more insignificant. delivery drivers worst nightmare. can't make out numbers on buildings and the order they are in makes no sense.

Pool hasn’t been open in almost a year ! Trash & junk all over the complex ! Overpriced don’t move here . Others paying $400 for same unit . Based on income . Small gym ! old appliances ! Breeze way needs to be pressure washed ! Dirty environment! Nobody answers the phone in the office ! I been here 3 years nothings changed . The admin sent out late notice about rent change causing all tenants with no choice but to renew the lease . Definitely moving soon as this new lease is up !! Save yourself the time & hassle . Don’t move here if you work hard and want to live comfortable !!!
