We are pleased to have Taylor as our overnight caregiver for mom. Taylor is helpful, caring, intelligent and shares information with us that is useful in taking care of mom. Taylor can redirect mom when she is afraid or confused and Taylor takes the time to talk with her to help keep her calm while my sister can get a decent nights sleep. Also, when Taylor was away Laquanna was a fill in for a couple of nights. Laquanna also took the time to be with mom and was also helpful in redirecting her at night and keeping her calm. If mom needed to get up 10 or more times, both Taylor and Laquanna assisted mom in and out of bed safely. Laquanna also gave us useful tips on calming mom at night and what worked for her with her own family. Thank you Taylor and Laquanna for being not only professional but caring and helpful. We all need a little help sometime!

I think the caregivers I had were all outstanding.. The caregiver Taylor, would sit down with my brother and help him read his magazine and help him remember the actors that he so much enjoyed and than he would start to talk about them and the movies they were in and how many children they had etc.. And Doria was So gentle with my brother.. He was afraid to have help in showering, but Doria calmed his fears and when she would come in to help him on a particular day, he would welcome her and say hi Doria and she would sit with him and share his favorite programs on tv .. And Kim was wonderful in helping him with his eating and put on his special programs and they would talk about them and she encouraged him to talk about where he lived and he enjoyed talking to her about his cars he had and when he went bowling, and more adventures he had done when he was young… I have been truly blessed with the Wonderful caregivers I had…:)

They go out of their way to let you know just how much you are appreciated, as well as giving their employees work incentives.The staff is friendly, professional, and caring.
