Usually the food in O'Charleys is very consistent in all of them, but tonight thet food was mediocre at best and the service was slower than other locations. I know there are short staff but our server went past us and not even once stopped to check on us. We will not stop at this location anytime soon.

Ocharleys food is so good and the rolls are a 10!! I usually do my order online and use curbside pick up so I can enjoy Ocharleys while watching my shows!! My orders are 95% always correct

Enjoy going. Love the chicken salads & tenders. Service good. Rolls hot with butter. For above & beyond being served - sit in Bar Area - ask for 'Skeeter' -he is above all - he gives you the best service ever in Gallatin, Tn.

The food and service was great but the place is filthy! Absolutely filthy as soon as you walk in thy the floor is covered in hair and crumbs nasty! The entire restaurant needs to take a day to clean. Every where you look is dirty especially the bathroom.
