I've actually been doing business here for probably 12 years and they're friendly to me they're nice to me they go out of their way to help me they answer my questions I feel like I speak to someone and I treat someone the way I want to be treated in return we must keep in mind that people that work in places such as this deal with a lot of different personalities so if you had a bad experience maybe they were just having a bad day? The owner of this place is awesome as has been most of the employees through the years. Although, they've had turnovers, as far as employees go, but who don't... They are number one in my opinion...USA Pawn rocks! Thanks to you all for your help and charisma...😇!

As I was asking about a piece of jewelry she took it and changed the price right in front of me and refused to let me test it to see if they were real diamonds. There are so many more pawn shops in high point please don't waste your time going to this one they are so crooked and dirty.

The workers are rude and talk to the customers any type of way, when I call to ask simple questions, being nice, the worker hangs up in my ear, how rude!!
