From May the 3rd till May 7th didn't have any room service. I had to ask and changed my own sheets and threw out my own trash for multiple days. Asked for room service before leaving and they said their room service personnel had left for the day. I would get towels everyday but I was never told about room service 😒 till one of the baby boys messed up there comforter with formula powder. The fridge didn't work the free zer section was fridge temp and the AC didn't really work leaving our room humid.

Positive: The check in was fast and the lady up front was pleasant. The room was clean and quiet. It was a clean and efficient stay

I will never stay here again they claim non smoking but our room reeked of cigarette smoke. The room did not look clean so we allowed our room to be cleaned the next day and nothing was cleaned dirty towels were left only beds were made. Floor was filthy my socks turned black. The shower curtain was dirty and smelled. Breakfast ends at 9:00am but when we would go at 8:30am we had to ask for eggs or sausage and on one day they were out of bread and yogurt. One day an exterminator knocked on our door asking if we wanted him to spray our room, I had never experienced that. We have stayed there before but this time was a horrible experience.
