Checked in, walked into room. No bathroom mirror, burn holes in bedspread,worn out and stained towels, no coffee pot, no soap. Went to front desk and canceled our stay. DON'T GO THERE.

Manager was really nice and helped me with all my needs for my stay. Rooms were clean. No issues whatsoever.

Great hotel! Clean,no bugs and generally very nice. I didn't have a car so glad liquor store is a block away and right near fast food. Only negative in the area is uber/lyft don't operate at night.but the beds are sooo sooo comfy ...comfy nice room. Very happy would Def recommend oh and Osaka I attached and they made amazing rolls and miso!!

Could have been cleaned more thoroughly seeing they only clean every 3rd day. The cable service is sub par, missing channels and fxx has no sound. Blanket and sheet has cigarette burns on them. Not the worst, but far from the best hotel I've stayed in.

The breakfast is very slack... you get 1 kind of cereal, coffee, and a banana. Milk if you're lucky. But for the price you're paying you can't expect much more.
I usually check in when I arrive. Website says 3 but I have checked in as early as11
I never saw one...walked to a drugstore nearby for snacks.
Any time I've had issues, I went to the front desk and the problem has always be resolved. I've stayed there for several years and my visit has always been pleasant! They will help you, just ask. Try resolving the issue with them before you call corporate.
