The dim lighting and live jazz makes street clothes not the most appropriate, but the staff will probably make you feel comfortable no matter what you wear. Anything from smart casual to cocktail would fit.
I've worn jeans repeatedly...nice shirt. I'd say smart casual of whatever you are comfortable in.
