Service was very good. However, the food was very underwhelming. Ordered the patty melt which was cooked to the texture of a microwave Salisbury steak. The acclaimed egg salad dressing was also not something I would recommend, which I only ordered because the blue cheese dressing was actually a "Bleu cheese dip". All this being said. It was on par from what I would expect from a corporate hotel chain feeding the masses of tourists and convention warriors.

Place is worth a visit if you enjoy being downtown and a gourmet southern style breakfast. Biscuits are amazing and it’s also very kid friendly! Having the Omni lobby with its fireplace is a treat when you’re done!

Wouldn't go back. Ordered scrambled eggs and well done bacon. Got inedible, almost certainly powdered, eggs and floppy bacon. How do you screw that up? This was adequate for a free buffet at a mid level chain hotel but not $20. Service was perfunctory but nothing special. Place was less than half full on a Tuesday morning.

Reopen review. Food quality and service severely lacking. The website says make a reservation, but when you call they say they aren't taking reservations. No buffet. Significantly reduced menu. Portions are small, prices are exorbitant. Quality and flavor on par with a Denny's at 2am. Understaffed. Waiter had at least six tables. Never checked on us after dropping off food. Went to pay and was never asked about experience or food. Eventually spoke with a manager, he said it's only their 3rd day open. Otherwise he didn't care. Was going to wait until I got home to write review, but have been waiting 20+ minutes for my car. Seriously, don't waste your time and money.

No...but you can buy a pitcher of them
There's valet parking at the Omni. Usually free if you dine in.
Thank You, I own The Rhinestone Wedding Chapel and am always looking for new places for Reception recommendations since most of our couples are from out of town and saw this business at the top of Wedding Chapels Google listing and wondered about the relevancy to Wedding Chapels. I will visit to see if fits a Wedding Reception profile for couples before I recommend as it looks good and would seem to offer the Southern Charm our couples are looking for when the choose Nashville for their Wedding Destination!
