Hello, My name is David Pokorny and I use to go to Kaiser in Hayward CA for many years. I moved to N. California about 18 years ago. How long do you hold on to a person's medical charts and if you still have them what do I need to do to get them?

Hello David - these questions asked in Google Maps do not go to Kaiser but to Google Maps users, people like you and me that can only help out with basic information like opening hours and so on. I strongly advice you send an email to an address found on kp.org and hope they answer. Alternatively go to any Kaiser facility they may be able to help out. By the way the Kaiser hospital in Hayward has been closed, now it's merely a pediatric medical center.
