Park Orchard Apartments

We live in Park Orchard for over 1 year. Previously, every thing is good. But after we left, things become terrible. Our lease finished on March 1, 2022. Today is August 12, 2022. Nobody take care of our deposit refund. We went back 2 times in-person and sent multiple emails, but not even one person really take care of our deposit. I have to say, management is going to a negative side. And we are contacting department of house to start the claim.

Made a delivery then was trapped in when I tried to leave. Called the office for 15min because it was 4:45 and they close at 5:00. No answer then I received the we are closed message. What if there was a fire? How would I get out of here? Isnt this a firecode violation? Why is an essential worker trapped on your property for making a delivery?

quiet and well maintain appartment staff are friendly been here for almost 7yrs and i like being here in orchard apartment.

It's a very peaceful quiet complex. Its gated. The compound is well maintained the staff are very helpful. Pets are allowed. The facilities available are very nice. Pools, laundry rooms, sauna, and a mini gym are available. I would recommend this place too my friends.
