Alyssa was amazing, id break my foot 100 times to see her!!! Dr Yamanaka was so nice and the staff despite being understaffed was very friendly and with a little bit of patience and kindness made a bad situation that much better. ALYSSA IS A ROCKSTAR!!

Not too long ago my child had an appt with a female DR in the Allergy department. She is very unprofessional and comes off as very cold. Thankfully we don't need to see her again! I would recommend going elsewhere. I have had no issues with the PEDI doctors at SH and most if not all are warm and caring, but NOT her!

I'm not a person that goes to the hospital until I absolutely have to. I had a work-related injury with severe pain and swelling in my ankles. Firstly the front desk lady was very rude and short with people, telling pretty much everyone to leave and go to an Emergency Room. When I finally got to the doctor she did nothing but send me for X-rays and blood work and tell me she didn't know what was wrong. I left still in pain and sad that they could not help me. Not even a prescription for the pain. Avoid this place! you will not get any "Urgent care" that you need.. they are just here to collect fees from you and your insurance.

Yes I have been to to kaiser and they really help you they have a pharmacy inside the building so when the doctor recommended a phill he will give it to u or he would say the brand and you go to the pharmacy to get it
