Somebody who born in June of 1963 and was adopted from your facility back in December of 1963 or January of 1964, She was adopted at approximately 6 months old she is looking to find out information: what hospital were they born in, she would love to know who her birth parents were, and love to meet them. Where can she go or speak to about this information?
