Yes they do have the buffet on Saturday and Sunday. Start at 11, but the bar is not usually fully stocked till around 11:30. Not really sure when it ends, 2 would be my guess.

There is no buffet on the weekend... But do try something from the menu and prepare for a small trip South of the border
I have never used the buffet as of yet sorry can not answer your questons..
I believe the buffet is only Monday through Friday but I'm not 100% sure
