Came here for my birthday gambling trip weekend getaway and enjoyed my stay from start to finish Ms. Krystal was very nice and helpful at check in she made sure I had everything and very very pleasant even at my check out she was pleasant that is nice after a long drive and you just need to relax the rooms was clean and the floor was quiet usually it be noisy but it was quiet n around the mountains exactly what I was looking for

Positive: Overall a nice clean place. Negative: The bathroom counter space was too small for 2 adults to use. A larger vanity area would have been nice.

The grounds, lobby, and room/bathroom were clean and neat in their minimalist decor. The parking lot was well lit at night. All employees were friendly. My biggest disappointment was lighting and the smell of our room, 408. Every time we entered our room we were struck with the smell of stale cigarette smoke and mold/mildew. Admittedly, I never saw any mold or mildew, everything appeared clean and the signage clearly states it is a smoke-free establishment. I wonder if smoking used to be allowed and that accounts for the stale smell. Lighting in the room was bright and abrasive, there was no option for a lower watt lamp or switch to softer canned lights. Adding at least one section of lights for a lower and softer light would have been nice. I loved the mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in our room. There were two queen beds and a single little sleeping area for a child built above the a/c at the window. It was like a window seat turned small bed with a custom cushion and pillow wedge. It was a clever idea.
