Great RV park...VERY clean everywhere--including the bathrooms. Huge concrete pull-through pads. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I'd concur with some of the comments regarding the sewer hookups but that's no reason to give them a lower rating. Great location--not too far from TAMU on football weekends and really close to downtown Bryan and some really cool restaurants.

All concrete sites. Outlined sites are back-in and all inner sites are pull-through. The staff couldn't have been nicer. We called 2 hrs out and was told there were plenty of sites and if she wasn't there when we arrived to go to site 84 and settle up tomorrow. I gave no name or payment info! She was still there waiting for us even though we were late. Still gave NO info. Settled next morning with no problems. If we ever get back to the area we will definitely stay here!!! Quite campground even though on busy highway.

This park is very accommodating. Easy access from 2818. The park is clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend if you need a place to park for a few days in the BCS area. This will be my go to next time I’m in Bryan. My only complaint( which is minor) is the sewer connection being so close to the ground, other than that we enjoyed our stay.

One of the nicer parks in our travels. The spaces are long and very wide-plenty of room for your awning and outdoor gear. Hogan, one of the staff, met us at our spot, gave us a brochure listing the services offered and the cable line-up and explained the many features of the park Met Karen, General Manager, on Sunday and she is a very pleasant person to talk with-very knowledgeable and accommodating. All of the hook-ups are grouped together in a nice gravel area and you park so the slides are still in the concrete area when extended with plenty of room for your awning. The newly installed computer program for reservations, confirmation and check-in is top of the line and saves going to the office to do paperwork and extended stays can have a automatic payment by credit card on file. Restrooms, showers and laundry facilities are super clean. The lounge is very nice with new furniture. The WiFi and cable work very well. Very affordable prices. I recommend this RV resort for anyone coming to the Bryan/College Station area. P.S. We stayed here from July 1 until Sept.1 and the office and maintenance staff were tops. There is not a wish or want that wasn't full filled, the restrooms, showers, laundry and lounge were kept in an immaculate condition and the grounds were groomed constantly-never an unsightly area in the entire park. The owners were doing some upgrades and contracted with the nicest people, very professional, accommodating and courteous, to complete in a timely fashion these improvements. Even with the influx of refugees from the surrounding area because of the hurricane, it was well organized. Karen, Ben, Hogan and Karen's mom, the maintenance crew and all of the behind the scenes personnel I want to say thank you for making Timber Ridge RV the best park in the Brazos Valley.
