Really good pizza, but they took over two hours for a delivery and I can tell my pizza was made long before delivery.

Small town community business. I have lived here for 9 years and always loved this pizza hut and the employees. However your automated system is terrible!! I had to wait 20+ minutes and be transferred back and forth and hung up on just to find out that you do not deliver to my area. It was my only question and this is ridiculous and guess what!!! I'm still without pizza....🙄

The only complaint we had was the inside temperature. It is Feb 16, 2022 & it was cold in the restaurant. We asked why it is cold & were told that this has been reported to Pizza Hut multiple times. Pizza Hut has their own repair people & the heat will be repaired when this person 'gets to it'. This is ridiculous! Why can a local repair person not be called? I guess the heat will be fixed when the weather turns warm. The manager was very apologetic about this.
