The food is usually good. I like their steak and everyone in the family can find something they like. That being said the service bordered on terrible. I realize that hiring people lately is a nightmare. We had to ask over and over again for our condiments. We even asked another waiter and never saw him again after that. Finally our waitress brought what we asked for. They have a critical shortage of help and immediately upon coming into work our waitress was overwhelmed. But the three girls at the podium instead of helping were still all there at the podium when we left. So sad they have no initiative to help other than standing at the podium. A job can just be a job or you can make yourself useful and as I found in my jobs the evening goes quickly when your busy . So don't expect to be waited on quickly make sure to leave plenty of time.

Our waitress, Alyssa, was excellent. She was very attentive and it turns out she was the only good thing about this restaurant... Food has REALLY gone downhill!!!🤬☹️ We ordered the Queensland shrimp and chicken pasta dish and a prime rib sandwich. The pasta dish was inundated with black pepper and the sandwich was nothing to write home about (that's for sure!) I was so disappointed I decided to just leave after paying without mentioning anything to anyone, other than the waitress. Later after returning to the hotel room I decided to call the manager to inform him about the pasta sauce having WAY too much pepper in it so maybe I could help someone else avoid a ruined dinner experience. Well that wasn't very successful because the manager told me I should've mentioned it before I left and he didn't know if I was just someone trying to scam him. He did end up offering me a free pasta on my next visit. I informed him that I didn't want anything else from his or any other Outback Steak House ever again. The food was exceptional, I ate every bit, not a crumb was left. I very rarely finish. The service was above standard, wonderful with every respect. The wait was around 5 minutes or less, we dined with my wife's parents, and we felt so comfortable that we laughed, ate, and made merry! Our dinner was a little early, say around 3pm, and it was top notch! I highly recommend, and fully endorse this Outback restaurant!

Kyle @ the front was great on the phone in person. Our waiter was fantastic, but didn't catch his name. My only complaint was I had to send the steak back & I never do that. Ordered medium & it pure pink. Not for me. All good though. I'll be back.
