Fast service and friendly staff. I had a great experience shipping a package, although all of the bad reviews made me apprehensive about coming here. I am glad I gave it a try. :)

Out of the way and neglected. There is a sign posted on the build, that has been up so long, it is staining the brick and is almost completely faded. My wife has informed me that they are friendly and helpful inside.

I have been calling for days now NO ONE will answer the phone!! My package says delivered but never received the package and this is NOT the first time this has happened. I am extremely frustrated!! Why have a phone if you not going to answer the thing. POOR customer service t it's best!!!

The person delivering mail to the apartments is terrible. I've received packages that she is able to put in but the resident cannot get out. Today, I had an envelope delivered with big letters staying DO NOT BEND and she put it in the mailbox and bent it anyway! It was my diploma which is a very delicate piece of paper!

How to you get to speak to a person on the phone at this location? There appears to be no option for Representative on the automated customer service line and the system is not recognizing what I am saying.

I used to work there, that recording is a joke. They hear the phone but most times it's just ignored

The snow here in NC prevented the mail trucks from running. Contact the USPS and ask what might be going on.
