Jenny’s on Decatur and Ann Road has the best Customer Service of any dispensary in Las Vegas! I have called there before and they answer the phone quickly they know what’s in stock, make recommendations, are very friendly, and answer all your questions. LaShea and Nate, are Fantastic, but Chelsea is my favorite. She is very knowledgeable about the ingredients and how they make your body feel. I was very impressed by the customer service, product knowledge and courtesy of all the associates that work at Jenny’s. You won’t have a bad experience! I have been there at least a dozen times. If you go between 7 PM and 9 PM it’s happy hour!

The customer service and the genuine kindness and advice is absolutely amazing here . Thank you for hiring such wonderful budtenders like Mack and cashier 18993 maybe his name was Joul . Tell him this name and he will remember us. The misspelling of Joel…. I apologize for not posting his real name- he is amazing and funny. Amazingly personable and knowledgeable and made our experience easy and fun to pick from your wonderful products. Inventory here is amazing and the menu is fresh and there’s always something new. Bring your friends and moms and neighbors. This location is and has always been my favorite since they opened. Back when it felt like visiting a little doctors office. Love this place and their prices and variety. Long time customer and will be lifetime customer. I give you money, you give me JOY in return. Thank you from the bottom of my bong.

I used to really love this dispensary, I loved how they showed all the terpene breakdowns of each product, and the screens were large and clear. I am a regular at this location. Today when I came in I see that all of the screens have changed, no information is shown on the screens anymore, basically useless. They do not show the terpene of the products on the menu screens anymore, they do not even show a list of products for you to choose from. Instead you have to just tell the bud tender what you might be looking for instead of just being able to look visually and see what you want and pick within your own time I had to ask the bud tender a billion questions about product, repeatedly ask what are the names of products, ask percentages etc. none of it was available on a screen or even a sheet of paper to see listed products with my own eyes. Some people are visual oriented rather than just being able to listen to someone rattle off product details, I find it very weird that they did not even have a small paper menu to offer …Instead I had to ask my bud tender a bunch of questions and suffer anxiety not being able to see and pick… It is very inconvenient. The old way of showing product and it’s info was better, I hope they change back.

Lol not a single dispensary in vegas has “change.” The other dispensaries automatically round UP and don’t put it on their receipt which is why it’s never 20.75 or 32.30. $21 or $32 makes it easier for everyone

The point system works very odd here they don't even tell you when buy in store how many points you have but I would ask them when you order online if the point system is even real I really hope this helps
