Closed to walk ins at 8.30 am, staff signalling to use the drive-thru. What if I'm not fat and lazy and walked there? Ill get in my car and drive somewhere better!

They have yet to get my drink made correctly. Let's say, you say you want mocha and cream. Most normal stores would put the correct number of pumps for the size, meaning 4 pumps for large etc, instead they put 1 of each. It's ridiculous. I don't go there much cause it's always wrong. Those people need to be shut d down and retained.

Worst service ever. I tried this place a few times with the same results, poor management, inefficient, with long wait times. 😡 Even the guy in front of me who pre-ordered on the app, waited just as long to get served while two employees worked and three stood around the take-out window. 🤪 Ashlie, the store manager, was making breakfast sandwiches and couldn't keep up with demand, while three employees were doing nothing! Not every good employee will make a good manager, and this location is the perfect example of that. I can only assume she's related to the franchise owner. 🤔 1 star is for the one gentleman working and trying his best (plus 0 stars isn't an option). 😏 Needless to say, I WILL NEVER GO BACK and it's understandable why all the recent 1 star reviews are catching up with the older 4 stars. Good luck if you decide to try... 🤞
