The French fries are the worst.
Corporate keeps changing things. First they changed to those ride through heaters instead of grilling, which left the meat pale and soggy. Now they have nasty shredded chicken that literally has gristle and fat in it instead of the previous sliced. The managers that we have spoken to have said they don't really have any say. Be sure to voice your displeasure with corporate they are pinching every penny and ruining everything about Chili's. The fowler and carrollwood location were our go too places but not any more. 😢
Sometimes it depends on who is the chef.
