Server was good, but food/drinks had some issues. Hair was in my wife’s salad, and multiple drinks had black floating “objects” likely from the glasses not being cleaned properly. Grilled chicken also didn’t seem like it touched a grill in the back. Chili’s overall really hasn’t done well over the last decade really at any location. Tried to give it a shot today and well…

Located close to Citrus mall. There is ample areas for parking outside, We went Thursday night and was quite busy probably by 70%. Ordered Nachos, Fajita and Rib-eye steak, overall with a beer ended about 70$. I thought more expensive than before. Paper towel dispenser in the bathroom was not working, out of paper and I noted trash under tables and in the floor that needs better attention. Also assume cleaning tables after clients are gone. Fajita was sizzling hot and Ribeye was somewhat thin and dry, but was crispy outside. Overall reasonable service.👍🏼

The table we were about to be seated at was dirty, so the hostess seated us at another table, but never cleaned the dirty table just sat another family there. Wow, the previous statement was from a past review that I started and never completed during the height of the pandemic. This visit started very pleasantly. Our server, Lisette, was amiable and attentive. We stopped by last minute after shopping because we were unable to secure a reservation anywhere. We had the 2 for $25 meal. My husband had the bacon burger, and it was good. I ordered the steak medium-rare, and it came practically well done. Lisette requested it be made again, and the 2nd time it was burnt. Of course, I'm no fool and can take a hint; I would not accept anything else from that kitchen. The manager on shift was very apologetic as well as Lisette and took it off of our tab. My husband was a bit angry because clearly, the 2nd steak looks as if some disgruntled cook was having a bad day. Based on the manager's response to my husband's frustration, it was clear he, too, was frustrated. I will give him the benefit of the doubt and hope it was towards his kitchen crew and not retribution towards my husband. It will probably be a long time before we return (when we forget about tonight). The kids did love the cheesecake once we were home.
