Very disappointed with this place. My daughter's and I visited the Temple Terrace location last Friday. When we arrived it was not that busy, but somehow our ticket was lost, I waited for over 25 minutes, then had to go to the cashier again to check on my order. They brought out the wrong food, then finally brought us what we ordered, but we had to send back due to it was very cold. Overall bad experience Update: I received an email from them requesting my address so that they could send me a gift card worth 2 meals back on Aug 30th, replied with my mailing address as requested, still have not received anything as of today 09/18/22.

Food amazing, customer service ok, but the entire store could use a decent scrub down, extremely sticky floors with grimy tables/chairs

I went here due to the big baja tacos sign. I ordered the California heat taco plate. It was a considerable wait as I was hoping for fresh ingredients. What I got were cold beans rice and tortillas I'm not talking was hot and cooled down in talking not anywhere up to temp same with the grilled shrimp inside. The rice was undercooked to the point of being somewhat crunchy, I ate one taco didn't even start the other one and little of the rice and beans. The staff saw me toss what I had on the plate and suddenly got busy doing other things. I might try a different location to see if it is different but I vacation every year in baja and have never had mishandled food like this even from the corner cart vendors...

I think cooking and service is better at the Brandon location still love the restaurant in general
