Complained our beer was flat, asked for another one. This is what they brought out… No carbonation, and it was a bartender taking care of us lol. Her words were “that’s how it’s supposed to be that’s how it came out” she forgot our appetizers so they came out seconds before my cold burger. I’m a huge Chillis fan, won’t come to this one again tho.

Had Margarita for our waitress tonight she was very professional knew what we wanted and did a great job. Food was very good not overcook. Will go back again next Thursday for date night. Manager came out to make sure everything was okay he was very pleasant.

Once again, the 2 for $29 deal is fab. Service was great. I got charged for an extra drink ($3). I noticed when I returned to my hotel and called back, just to ask if it was valid or a mistake. The manager got on the phone and before I could say a word, he apologized, asked me for my email and sent me a $10 gift certificate as an apology. I kept telling him that it wasn't necessary, but he sent it anyway. I'm back in town and will be returning to the restaurant for dinner. For the money, Chili's 🌶️ delivers EVERY TIME!

We had a great experience food was great. The kitchen staff was on point and the waitress was the best. So far this is the best experience I ever had coming to chilis. I'm from Naples,FL so happy to be a chili's member.
