Don't hold your breath, I had to call them about 4 times a day to talk to someone. And that was when my car was already there!
Got to a better place
My great response to thier service question has since been tarnished. The oil change I bragged on did not last the length of time promised, had to take my car to another dealership to get corrective measures performed pn my C max. Shamefully.
