Needed some work done to one of my car's doors due to recall issue. Spoke with Karl Brooks who got everything taken care of for me, including a ride back to my apartment and return trip to the shop, while the work was done. This was much appreciated as I work 3rd shift and was expecting to sit there all day as I didn't know this service was available. Great service, car was taken care of quickly, and will plan to visit again if/when my car needs a fix again.

Mark Snuggs not only came in on a Sunday but was the best sales rep I have ever dealt with. I have purchased 3 Lincoln’s this year and I’ve had a horrible experience with Lincoln of Shelby. I wish I had only purchased from Mark Ficken from the start. Everyone from Mark Ficken were above extraordinary! Quickest vehicle purchase I have ever had. Several things I noticed that made me appreciate them even more: Each person from different areas (sales, service, and finance manager) we’re in total communication. All worked together to make sure my experience was above exceptional. From the sales floor to the bathroom were immaculately clean and luxurious. (Finance manager even took the car to fuel it up while I was signing paperwork). Mark Snuggs had another buyer show up as well but he made sure he went over every detail of the car before I drove off the lot. Again, the best experience hands down! Michelle Wilshire

Don't hold your breath, I had to call them about 4 times a day to talk to someone. And that was when my car was already there!
