My boyfriend has a last minute wedding and eevie was such a help . She was great to work with. On the other hand … Barry was not only rude but made me feel uncomfortable when he called someone to talk about me and my boyfriend . He was saying i was on my phone texting meanwhile I was scrolling on Facebook . Very awkward and uncalled for . Good thing they have good prices otherwise we would have left !

Nice Place, Good customer service but my suit was a horrible fit after altering!! They did the rite thing, Just maybe defective?

Update: Things didn't work out as Karako mentioned and it wasn't 3 years ago the wedding was July 7, 2017. I didn't get my suit until July 6, 2017 and it was a rental, one thing I forgot to mention the ring bearer and 1 of the groomsmen didn't get their white shirt, so we had to rush out during the photo shoot to buy shirts. You would expect a complete package but far from it. Imagine this, you are getting married, you need 6 suits for the groomsmen and 1 Tux for the Groom, 4 of the 6 suits were delivered 2 went missing the week of the wedding 2 suits were still missing and the best part the Grooms Tux NEVER ARRIVED! the day before the wedding they had to place an emergency order from Sanro. The Groom on top of not being able to keep his Tux, had to rent it then return it if not face late fees. and I had to pay for the rental, instead of letting me just get the rental i was force to pay. Nick,Munchi and the woman all dropped the ball big time, Go to Menswear house, Macy's etc. do not risk your wedding or special event with these guys.

Came in to get a shirt.. 4 employees and no one wanted to help me.. asked about shirts they gave me a cold answer. Did not even suggest anything, i had to ask if they had any othet brands with my size, they said go check on that rack.. that was it. one other customer inside and all the attention was towards him.. dammm that was some cold customer service I got.. ended up finding 2 shirts I like, paid and left right away, just cause I was in a rush didn't go somewhere else... horrible service..
