Was double charged on a pretty sizable purchase. Called customer service and they didn't want to do anything about it. Appalling service, given they try to market themselves as a "premium brand". Will no longer be a customer moving forward.

Very nice conservative clothing. Women section is large and men section is small. A little on the pricier side but the clothing has good quality fabrics.

They are unable to take an online return at this location, and told me I would have to go to Soho to do it? Would love some insight into why a multi-billion dollar corporation doesn’t have the system in place to process a basic return? Trash.
