CHEYANNE is awesome at UPS!!! I had a bunch of amazon returns (which I have never done before) and I had to mail something else. She was so great helping me with everything I had and even more so she was patience, professional, and did everything with a smile. Thank you Cheyanne for being Awesome.

Honestly, the most enjoyable UPS store I’ve been to. I’ve been here a handful of times for various shipping needs and each time, it’s been pleasant. The prices also seem decent considering shipping costs as a whole. I most recently had Reggie and another individual help me out and they were both super friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. I’ll be back for sure. Thank you.

Disappointed with the service - Zach took in my items to be boxed and shipped. I never received eye contact, a hello, thank you. It was like I was just a number or maybe he was in a hurry to get off work. Extremely poor service. Then 20 minutes late I receive a call that my items could not be shipped. I was told that I should have been told this information before I paid and left. He didn't share with me that they could not ship these items. I told him what the items were and you could also see the items - I will not use this franchise UPS in the future.

Can’t say enough about the top-notch service from this UPS store. As a Realtor, I’m in here 24/7. They are fast, courteous, and will take their time to help you troubleshoot issues. My print job today that I sent over had issues. The gentleman that helped me not only correct the issues (lol that I created Bc #technology) with my print job, but also wrote down steps for me to take for next time the issue occurs. I’ve been in the Hawthorne Lane store enough to know that he is one of many excellent employees. Thank you Hawthorne Lane UPS Store!
