After hours of shopping local stores, I was thrilled to find Rooms to Go, and specifically, Brendan my sales person! I only regret is I wish this was my first stop as the quality and selection or unmatched from local competitors. Brenden made the process seamless and I will be buying again from the store shortly. Thank you also to Lisa who processed the order on Brenden‘s day off and scheduled my delivery promptly! Great store with great people!

I had an incredible experience shopping for new bedroom furniture and a new mattress. Tasha was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to walk through the process with me step-by-step. When I was undecided on a mattress, Frank also assisted and was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me make an excellent choice. The level of customer service alone makes it worth shopping at this location, I highly recommend asking for Tasha and/or Frank also when you visit.

Shopping for my first apartment living room and bedroom was amazing! Jermaine was able to help me customize everything while providing several options. He ensured my delivery date was set and confirmed with my apartment building. His customer service was above and beyond. And not to mention Lisa is the best store manager! I will revisit when I am ready to furnish the remaining rooms.

After having a less than pleasant experience trying to receive a couch from with value city, I decided to check out rooms to go in search of a white leather couch with recliners. They had the exact couch that I wanted however it would take 3 months to ship from the Charlotte location. Steve and Lisa were very helpful and arranged for the couch to be delivered from Atlanta instead so I would only have to wait a week. The customer service was amazing and I’m so glad I’m finally getting the couch I desire. Huge thank you to the two of them for being so sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend this location
