I don't work at the dump, but I have seen Roy's Recycling picking up bins around town. The town dump is self service on the Needham Wellesley line on Rte 135

You do need a sticker on your windshield. To get one, you have to bring your registration to the Dump Office, which is near the scale. Stickers are free.
